ERPNext: Scope

ERPNext is fully open source under GPLv3 and has no paid feature paywall like open-core systems. It builds on the in-house Frappe framework and has a smaller module ecosystem than Odoo, but is considered cleanly structured and manageable for smaller teams.

ERPNext is developed by Frappe Technologies (India) and is fully open source (GPLv3). It covers finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing and CRM and can be customised via the low-code Frappe framework. For Swiss data-protection requirements, the hosting location of Frappe Cloud should be checked in advance.
